"17 Oct 1993: 90256421BG Private Trent Horace Oostenbrink from Natal Command Workshop, South African Technical Services Corps Died in Private Motorcycle Accident, on the Southern Freeway, Durban. He lost control of his motorbike in wet conditions and struck a lamppost. He was 19."

On import it had been set to Mike Sandham's entire entry, repeating the date, service number, rank, name and unit that this record already holds in its own fields.
