Col (rt) Graham du Toit Last Post 28 Sep 2026: "92653286PY Rifleman Samuel Sekgotsi Lentswane from 115 Battalion was stabbed to death by a member of the local population after he had shot and killed another SADF member with his private firearm at Zithobeni during an argument. Both soldiers were Absent Without Leave (AWOL) at the time of the incident. He was 26." Confirms the record in full, matching the stored account word for word.
Mike Sandham (SAWGP) omissions email, 28 Sep 2026: "Two members of the South African Defence Force Died in shooting incident at Zithobeni. They were both AWOL at the time." SAWGP itself has no record of the other man Lentswane shot ('Unknown Soldier... Unable to determine identity') -- same gap this database has; no new identity to add.
