Died of wounds, gunshot wounds, received in a contact at Nagaone Business Centre near Chipinga, Op Thrasher. Three CTs were encountered at a school; two were killed but, a third took cover in the bush from where he shot and killed Mark Torrington and John Crewe. A third rifleman was seriously wounded
