Makhalemele (T P)

30 Sep 2026: FirstName "Eric B" / Age 41 CLEARED -- contamination leaked from PersonNumber 35628 (Makalane, Eric B), same FirstName+Age forward-fill bug as the 28 Sep sweep (2,047 + 304 records), but this run was fragmented by non-contaminated intervening PersonNumbers and escaped both prior contiguous-run passes. Flagged by Mike Sandham (SAWGP), 30 Sep 2026 email, "(+14 others?)" -- 15 confirmed.
2 Oct 2026: PROBABLE IDENTIFICATION, NOT APPLIED. Mike Sandham (SAWGP) omissions email, 1 Oct 2026, under "October 1987": "PT Makhalemele a member of the SAP Shot dead in Rockville, Soweto, Johannesburg by an MK operative escaping from his custody (Possibly S602346W Constable T P Makhalemele 1987-10-23?)" -- TRC Volume 7 and amnesty decision AC/2000/150 (the operative, Joseph Koetle, was granted amnesty). ServiceNo and date match this record exactly, but Sandham's own "Possibly...?" hedges the identification. CauseDeath left as the existing "Shot by unknown persons" rather than substituting the TRC's specific account, pending firmer confirmation.
