Frans (D F)

7 Sep 2026: CauseDeath was a forward-fill copy from PN 34710 (Franken, Louis W G (L W G)), an unrelated record -- cleared as contamination (CauseDeath-contamination scan, data/causedeath-contamination-scan-2026-09-07.md), not a real cause.
Database-wide FirstName/Age contamination sweep (extension), 28 Sep 2026: FirstName 'Louis W G' and Age 18 were forward-filled from PersonNumber 34710 down a contiguous run of 2 records -- this record's own LastName ('Frans'), Initials ('D F'), ServiceNo ('S615184B') and DateDeath ('1987-10-29') are all genuinely distinct, confirming a different real person whose FirstName/Age were simply never captured. Unlike the first pass of this sweep, Unit is NOT touched here -- it is not part of this contamination (see the Unit-restoration correction on the related run) and this record's own Unit ('Kuilsrivier') is left exactly as found. FirstName and Age CLEARED; no replacement guessed.
