Research notes
4 Oct 2026: CAUSE CONFLICT, NOT CHANGED: stored ActualCause/CauseDeath is "KIA - shot while on COIN duty in Rhodesia". Col (rt) Graham du Toit Last Post, 4 Oct 2026, instead gives "an accidental gunshot wound to the neck while stationed at Kazakili near Victoria Falls" -- accidental, not hostile. Flagged for human review, not changed.
