8 Sep 2026: FirstName "Pete Vaughan" was a forward-fill copy from PN 32492 (Phipson, genuine there) -- this record's own stored Initials (M D) don't match at all. Graham du Toit's Last Post independently gives "M.D. Phiri", confirming the Initials and contradicting the FirstName. Cleared. Also flagged: Graham gives Age 36 (this record's own Age is 19) and Unit "21 Battalion" (this record's own Unit is "Mounted Okatopi") -- both left as-is, not enough to resolve which is right.
25 Sep 2026, Unit2 service-branch sweep: the stored Secondary Unit "Army" was CLEARED as a duplicate. It was not a sub-unit, it was a service-branch word repeating what the Branch column already says. Secondary Unit is for sub-units -- a company, a squadron, a commando -- and this record's branch of service is unchanged at "Army".
