14 Sep 2026: RegimentID repointed from a stray compound entity ("4 Artillery Regiment, Locating Battery, Army Artillery") to the clean "4 Artillery Regiment" entity, matching this record's own already-correct Regiment/Unit text split. Same mistake pattern caught on Van Eeden (PersonNumber 48607) and Engelbrecht (30244), per John's decision.

Secondary Unit is for sub-units -- a company, a squadron, a commando -- and this record's branch of service is unchanged at "Army".

Col (rt) Graham du Toit Last Post, 16 Oct 2026, says this record's Buffel (shared incident with Howard 30755 and Biet 29442) overturned "at Mariental" -- matching Howard's and Biet's own stored/SAWGP-confirmed accounts. But THIS record's own CauseDeath, and its own SAWGP entry (southafricawargraves.org/search/details.php?id=31567 -- NOTE: same number as this record's own PersonNumber, coincidence, flagged), both independently say "near Asap, South West Africa" instead -- i.e. SAWGP disagrees with itself across the three companion casualties of the same incident (Mariental on Howard/Biet's SAWGP records, Asap on this one). Left as found; not for this database to adjudicate a discrepancy within SAWGP's own records. DateBirth filled to SAWGP's exact 22 Jan 1968 (uncontested).
