Killed in action, escorting Kwevoel trucks , they stopped for the trucks to catch up, they were unbuckled. When the Buffel rolled forward, it detonated a double boosted TMA Cheese mine. Three men, Carreira , Barnard and Seibib were thrown out the vehicle by the explosion, the vehicle came down and landed on them
