LG Sup 9 July 1917 pg. 6844 - "For conspicuous gallantry on the night of 12/13 April at Fampoux. For bringing the wounded from "No Man's Land" on the morning of the 13th April, succeeded in bringing in several wounded under heavy machine gun fire and rifle fire and in close proximity of the enemy."
